If you tick off:

Use loaded proxies - uses proxies that you paste in the proxies box in the main window of scrapebox

Auto harvest proxies - harvests proxies from google automatically

Use selected sources - uses the sources you have selected in the main scrapebox proxy harvester

Use proxies from file - uses proxies from a file you specify
